About me
Margarita Alaman is the 21st Century Program Director for Educational Service District 123, where she oversees expanded learning programs serving students and families annually throughout southeastern Washington. With more than 17 years of experience in youth development and family engagement, she specializes in program quality improvement, social-emotional learning, trauma-informed practices, and staff development. Margarita is a certified Youth Program Quality Facilitator and holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Science with an emphasis in Trauma. She is passionate about empowering youth, supporting families, and developing leaders who create positive and lasting change in their communities.
